"An excellent grounding in the theory and practice of this work from the UK's leading practitioners. It has proved extremely valuable both personally and professionally, and given me a wonderful peer group of emerging practitioners in this work"

Learning circles

Many people have experienced the powerful effects of constellations in workshop settings. They have brought their own troubling issues and also supported others to work on their issues, but they may have understood only a little about how the constellating process works. Other people have done some training and begun to integrate systemic approaches into their practices, perhaps as coaches, consultants, teachers, therapists - or simply as husbands, wives or parents - and want to continue the experience and refine their knowledge.

This is an invitation to form a time-bounded group in order to work and learn as members of a Learning Circle. The constellators at CSISS have designed this new approach to enable participants to have a greater exposure to and deepen their understanding of systemic constellations in a safe and informal setting.

The Learning Circle is based on a group of 12 people meeting once a week and facilitated by an experienced constellator. People from diverse backgrounds form and commit to learning and supporting each other over a period of 6 sessions. Each session lasts for 3 hours and is a space for participants to learn about some of the concepts and methods that underpin constellations by working with personal and professional issues they bring.

The topics covered are chosen and developed to meet the specified learning needs of group members. These could include:

- Aspects of the constellating process
- The application of a systemic lens to pressing social and organisational issues, and
- Techniques of working phenomenologically with field energy
- Integrating a systemic approach with your current practice or work.

There are currently no active Learning Circles. If you would like to discuss setting up a Learning Circle, please contact us.
