"An excellent grounding in the theory and practice of this work from the UK's leading practitioners. It has proved extremely valuable both personally and professionally, and given me a wonderful peer group of emerging practitioners in this work"

Training Courses in Systemic Family Constellations

Training with CSISS will enable you to build on your existing skills and to develop new skills which will enable you to be a different kind of helper in both group and one-to-one settings. Courses may be undertaken for both personal and/or professional development.

This systemic approach is not merely a new way of understanding personal issues, rather it offers a completely new context and methodology for resolving them. It will shift your perspective from seeing people in an individual context (where many problems cannot be understood or resolved), to seeing human behaviour in the wider context of the systems to which the individual belongs (and where resolution often is possible).

Foundation Course in Systemic Constellations

The seventh Foundation Course, for those wishing to deepen their understanding of systemic family constellations, runs from May to November 2009.

This training offers the lay person, as well as psychotherapists, healthcare professionals and all those working with others on deeply felt issues a method for gaining a wider, deeper view and for finding resolutions. The learning experience includes training modules, tutorial sessions, workshop participation & trainee community days, with each trainee having a tutor assigned.

For further details, including the topics covered, dates and fees for 2009, please download the prospectus here.

Professsional Training in Systemic Constellations

This training is for those who have completed a foundation course with CSISS or a similarly oriented institution, and who wish to further integrate and utilise the systemic approach in their professional lives.

The professional training consists of two distinct courses; the first year, which follows the Foundation Course and is a complete course in itself, enables participants to develop the capacity and skills to put theory and understanding into practice, learning ways in which to integrate the systemic perspective into both personal life and professional practice.

The second year of the professional training extends this movement to the possibility of an assisting or apprenticing role on Centre projects or others in which students may have an interest. It allows a deeper exploration of specific issues and equips participants with the skills to set up constellations and run workshops.

You can download information about the 2009 CSISS Professional Training in Systemic constellations here.
